Scope of application:
My-200 automatic packaging machine is a kind of exquisite and efficient packaging machine with strict structure and unique design. It is suitable for automatic packaging of granular products of food, medicine, chemical industry, etc. Such as coffee, sugar, salt, monosodium glutamate, spices, granules, medicine grains, desiccant, tea, plant seeds, expanded food and other materials.

The outer diameter of wrapping paper is not more than 300 mm, and the inner diameter of paper roll frame is 75 mm. If it is necessary to install a photoelectric system, there should be a light spot between the two independent trademarks of the roll film, with the length of about 8mm; the width of the light spot is about 5mm, the light spot should be bright, the ink should be uniform, and the greater the contrast between the light spot and the base paper, the more reliable the control.
When designing a trademark, it should also be noted that there should be no trademark pattern and other words in the sideband occupied outside the light spot, so as to avoid the wrong trigger of light nodding.
Before selecting packaging materials, users should first determine the volume of the package, determine the width of the packaging materials (twice the width of the forming bag) and the distance between the trademarks (the length of the forming bag) according to the volume of the package. Only after the volume of the packed object and the size of the packing bag are determined can the pattern of the packing material be designed.
The total thickness of the packaging materials is 0.03-0.1mm, which shall be determined according to the requirements and characteristics of the packaging materials.
